Partner Legal Documents

First Party: Fituna ("The Platform"). Second Party: The Partner ("Gym/Facility") according to the data entered in the registration form (Name, Registration, Representative, Contact Info).

1. The Partner acknowledges that clicking "Acknowledge" constitutes an electronic signature and binding acceptance. 2. The Partner confirms the person accepting is authorized. 3. Fituna maintains records of acceptance as proof.

This agreement incorporates: Operational Policies v1, Financial Terms v1, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use.

Fituna is a platform that collects from users and manages booking/entry, and the Partner provides services within their listed branches according to this agreement.

1. Registration does not mean automatic activation. 2. The Partner will not be visible to users until approved by Fituna. 3. Fituna has the right to request documents before activation.

1. The Partner adds branches in the Dashboard. 2. The Partner is responsible for data accuracy.

Compliance with laws, accepting Fituna users, adhering to verification mechanism, cooperation in fraud prevention.

Providing management tools, issuing settlement statements, right to suspend on suspicion of fraud.

1. User pays Fituna, Fituna pays Partner manually via bank transfer. 2. Payout is variable as agreed and visible in Dashboard. 3. Default settlement is monthly. 4. Disputes within 7 days.

Changes only via official support request with proof documents.

Use user data only for service delivery. No direct marketing without consent.

Prohibited to direct users to book outside the platform to bypass the system.

Payout information, reports, operational data are confidential.

Partner is fully responsible for safety. Partner indemnifies Fituna. Fituna liability limited to last 3 months payments.

1 year auto-renew. 30 days notice for termination. Immediate termination for fraud/breach.

Egyptian Law. Cairo Courts.

Arabic version prevails.
